Selin, born in 2001, is a Turkish documentary photographer based in London.
She studied law at university, but her passion for photography began in her earlier school years. Her academic journey has uniquely shaped her perspective, blending the analytical skills gained through law with the creative storytelling of photography. This combination has driven her to capture the diverse living styles and standards of people, both economically and socially, to shed light on the contrasts and realities that shape lives across the globe.
Her work is driven by authenticity, aiming to showcase the world through unfiltered images that evoke connection, thought, and understanding. Through capturing both the faces and places of the world, she highlights the raw beauty of different human experiences.
